What Our Maintenance Clients
Is there a lock-in contract for maintenance plans?
No. DECOBUG maintenance plans have no lock-in contracts and no cancellation penalties. We simply ask for one week’s notice if you need to pause or cancel your plan. Our view is that if our work isn’t keeping your garden looking great, we haven’t earned your continued business — so we focus on delivering results, not holding you to a contract.
Will I have the same team every visit?
We do everything possible to ensure continuity — the same team leader and core team members for every visit to your property. We believe great garden maintenance is built on familiarity with a specific garden. The team that knows your preferences, which plants you love, and where your garden’s quirks are will always do a better job than a rotating roster of strangers.
How much does garden maintenance cost in Sydney?
Maintenance pricing depends on your property size, the complexity of the garden, and the frequency of visits. As a rough guide, a typical Sydney residential maintenance visit for a standard suburban block ranges from $120–$250 per visit depending on the scope of work. We provide a fixed per-visit price after assessing your property, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Do I need to be home when the team visits?
No — most of our regular clients aren’t home during maintenance visits. We simply need reliable access to the garden (usually via a side gate or access code). We send you a visit summary with notes and photos after every appointment so you always know what was done and can provide feedback if needed.
Can I start with a one-off tidy-up before committing to a plan?
Absolutely — and we recommend it. We call this a Garden Rescue visit: a comprehensive one-off session that gets your garden back to a clean, maintained baseline. From there, our ongoing maintenance visits keep it looking great with far less time and effort. Many clients start with a Garden Rescue and then move naturally onto a fortnightly plan once they see the results.
